Fixtures - 2012/13 Season

The fixtures for the new season have been published and are available at the bottom of your team's page (available from the menu above) and have been added to the fixtures calendar.

As there are odd numbers of teams in each division, each week one team will not have a match.

MIMIR Final

After a hard fought contest at the Unison Social Club in St Helens, Karl Whelan of Hoylake LTC finished as runner up to John Wilson of Old Dog in the Ormskirk League.  Dave Sinclair of Southport & Formby, and Ray Oakes of Ormskirk were the other finalists.

Wirral Teams Lose Out at MQL Finals Nights

Three Wirral teams took part in finals that took place at St Charles Parochial Club, Liverpool on Monday 14th May and Thursday 17 May, 2012.

In the Final of the Reilly Cup on the Monday, Saddle Club (Wirral League 2) played Monstrous Regiment (Liverpool League 2) and were beaten 58 v 69.

In an exciting match against Bishop Eaton of the Liverpool League on Thursday 17th, Wallaseyans narrowly lost 54-53 in the MQL Plate final. After the normal eight rounds, the scores were level. A ninth round was played and the teams could still not be separated. It took another extra round before Bishop Eaton managed to sneak the extra point needed to win the trophy.

On the same night, The GS Club lost 40-33 to The Farmers Arms of Ormskirk in the Rendon Cup final.
